About Us

Hindu Nadars Higher Secondary School an aided school located in Kadamburwas established in 1956 by the great efforts of Mr. S. A. Arunjunai Nadar, Mr. K. Balakrishnan Nadar, Mr. R. Ramachandran Nadar and the eminent committee members of Kadambur Nadar Uravinmurai as High School. In 1979 Our School was upgraded into Higher Secondary School in the period of R. M. S. Nadarajan Nadar as a Secretary.

We continue to grow and enrolment is currently at 850 students. Many students are hailing from nearby villages. Many devoted and dedicated secretaries particularly Mr. Arasan K. Ganesan by their revolutionary ideas changed our school academic outlook and brought a tremendous change to make our school one of the outstanding schools in Thoothukudi District in all aspects.

Our school infrastructure is incomparable. Our school has spacious classrooms and well equipped and modernized Labs. Our school is one of the first schools in this region to see the value of smart classrooms from 2013 to support the delivery of the curriculum and now these are successfully used by the students and the staffs throughout school.
